		<description><![CDATA[At a rural county fair, I witnessed a state Representative move gracefully from table to table, visiting with constituents about whom she seemed to geniunely care.  She voiced opposition to the rollback of income tax cuts for the wealthiest in our state, even though close to 100% of the constituents she was visiting with would not have their taxes raised by this and 100% would benefit from sufficient funding of schools and other public services.   Incredible.]]></description>
